Pregnancy can be a real pain in the belly, but these cramps are rarely a sign of a serious problem. When they are, they usually come with other symptoms. Carrying a baby puts a lot of pressure on muscles, ligaments, veins and the rest of your insides, so it's not surprising that you feel some discomfort, particularly in the midriff. Most of this can be eased by getting into a new position or finding a way to relax
the best thing to do with cramping is just to put your feet up and relax...Its completely normal from beginning of pregnancy to the end, so don't worry, you will be fine.
