it is an accident. I can remember 3 or 4 girls on here saying they did the same thing to their kid. It's an accident and doesn't make you a bad mother. Go get your daughter and tell ryan you want to go home. You should not, not have to feel inferior with your own child in ryan's house! You don't deserve that! Get mackers and tell ryan you want to leave! You are a good mom and don't need their caca!

Thats just a bunch of bs. Every mom will do it sooner or later, im sure ryans mom has done it several times. Ugh I still just wanna give her a piece of my mind with the neosporin thing. Do you know how much longer you have for school? Are you two still getting your own place?

wait til they are sound asleep, hold their finger firmly, but not too firm, and pull back on their finger so the skin is out of the way (lol I dont know if I explained that right)...

Well see mackenzie is a really light sleeper now and if u just touch her shell jump and wake up so I just did it when she was awake. I did one hand fine and then the second hand and the last finger(thumb) and she moved as I clipped and bam I got her. I didnt mean too. Its so hard to do that and it hurts to know that I hutr my baby because shes bleeding and crying. I packed all my stuff adn mackenzie's and I want to go home. His mom came down with mackenzie and has her in a f*ckin band aid cast thing on her hand! what is that stuff Its not even her kid and shes puttin all this caca on her. Im so pissed my face is red and wont go away. And then she(his mom) says u might as well cancel the appointment for pictures, mackenzie is in no shape for em...Grrrrrrrrrrrr I just wanna k*ll her!!!! I need to get outa this house im shakin so bad because I have sooo much to say to her right now. His mom started cryin cause I said I was leavin cause of what she was sayin and said "please dont leave because of me" blah shut up u health question. She says she doesnt mean to hurt my feelings..But then again she must not remember sayin how I was a bad parent and appologizing to ryan for calling him one but not to me. But then she says im a great mother even though I hurt mackenzie. I didnt eman to f*ckin hurt her!!! God im grrrrrr sorry im really ventin now

Don't worry heather! Remember when ryan pulled her umbilical cord off too soon and it started bleeding? And how it doesn't make any difference because she forgot about it and its all healed up. Same thing. She'll heal and forget about it and never think about it again. You should forget about it too! Accidents happen. I know you're a great mother, and no accident will change that.

Hey heather sorry I had to go so quick when we were talking. Mike's grandad fell down and we think his nurse is drugging him. I think your mom is smart. Ryan can come visit you. But his parents need to be told whats up. They need to be told that they have to ask permission from you to do anything with mackenzie. She is your child and that is only fair.

Remember when I made that post about whne I pinched danicas skin while cutting her thumb nail and she started screaming and bleeding and I felt so bad! She forgot about it after a bit but I had to listen to tims mom saying to her " oh I know she hurt u, nanny's here now for u" and sh*t like that. I was pissed! She made it seem like I intentionally hurt her or I didnt know what I was doing n she wasnt safe wit me. I was mad! Dont worry hun... Mother-in-laws usually get on some peopels nerves.... Im better wit it now but sometimes.. It'll just tick me off cuz if danica starts crying she tells everyone "oh shes starving!" and I get so mad! I hope it gets better.. I hope u and ryan find an apartment soon so it'll njust be u 2. Dont worry hun, ur not bad and mackenzie wont remember it!

Heather! We will all make mistakes sooner or later with our kids, don't worry. But the inlaws, shouldn't be taking the blame on you! It was an accident. Dont mind them, you should just take mackenzie home and have some family time with just you three.

Girl, no matter what you do they seem like they will be buttholes, so just forget it. You and I both know that youre an awesome mommy! =)

Girl, do not feel bad. I know exactly how you feel. Everytime josh starts fussin my mom will go, oh he's hungry. And im like no hes not and shell say yeah he is and we will argue about until I scream at her to shut up because she doesn't know what the hell she is talking about because she doesn't know how to raise kids obviously because look at the way hers turned out. Lol. But I never mean it. Just tell her, yell it if you have to. "i was oregnant with this little person right here for 9 months and I am the one that has been there for her 24/7 from day 1, not you. So I think I might know what my daughter needs just a little bit better than you think you do. Ok ok buh bye." lol im a nerd. But dont feel bad. I did it to josh once. Do what april said, pull the skin back. I do it when josh is awake. I just take a quick snip. And I only take a little off, just enough to where he cant scratch himself, but I do it often. It works for us that way.

This made me think of how it was when I was at my moms for a couple nights... Brooklyn doesnt mind a wet diaper (but I dont let her sit in it if im aware that its wet), but when she poops, she only goes a little bit at a time, and it'll take her about 30 minutes to be done, well the second brooklyn would start fussing my mom would say "oh poor baby, you got a wet diaper, dont you?" and then she would be constantly changing her diaper, and brooklyn got a real bad diaper rash from how my mom was changing her, when I put her diaper on, I dont have it pulled up tight, so its touching her butt, I have it a bit saggy (but not too saggy where it leaks) so then when she pees its not touching her skin... Well my mom puts her diapers on so tight! And also, I dont burp brooklyn during night time feedings, cuz no matter how much I try to burp her, she doesnt burp while shes asleep, and it wakes her up, and then I gotta feed her again to get her back to sleep. Well my mom kept tellin me I have to burp her at night or shes gonna wake up in the middle of the night with a tummy ache... I tried explaining to her that brooklyn burps herself most of the time (lol I will try and try and then I stop and out comes a burp, or I will lay her down, and she will burp) my mom said she would burp her while I went back to bed, well my mom was trying and trying and she wouldnt burp, then she goes to lay her down, and out comes a burp. Lol... And then she wouldnt go back to bed so I had to feed her again. My mom was acting like she knew my baby better than me, and trying to tell me how to take care of her, when how I do things is just fine. Shes been fine at night for the last 7 weeks, so why would not being burped at night start to bother her now?

Its a typical nanna thing to do...Ive cut myself cutting my nails and im sure everyone else has too at one point or another. Accidents happen and they happen to everyone. Cutting a little ones finger nails is a fine art they dont sit still so just know that it isnt your fault, it wasnt on purpose and she needs to realize this is your child. She wouldnt have wanted anyone interfering when she was raising her children so she shouldnt do it to you
