Q: Shoulder,neck Pain

Has anyone had shoulder surgery and after surgery it was worse than before? I have shoulder/neck/arm/and chest pains and my doctors don't know why i'm having pain yet. What should I be asking? I think it's related to my job but I do have other symptoms such as dizziness, hot flashes and a sick feeling. Could this be something else? If so, what?
