Q: Testicle Problem

I have had this weird problem for some time and woner if anyone else has had this. When I get close to climax my scrotum really squeezes tightly and especially my left testicle feels like it will suck inside of me. Sometimes after climax I have a strange feeling in my rectum like there is some "string" between the two and it got pulled. Anybody had this?
