Ive been having some symptoms that im not sure if its gallbladder or what, burning pain in my chest and constant nausea, im really sick and afraid to eat so ive just been doing popsicles for a bit, I have no idea what it could be but at first we thought it may have been an ulcer and ive been taking zantac and maalox for a few days, recently stopped the zantac because my food wasnt digesting and I found a tiny bit of blood on my toilet paper please help me
