Hi, umm I dont really know how to say this but my friend has depression & im worried she might want to harm herself. She has been suicidal before but never made attempts. Last week she got some sleeping tablets from the doctors coz she sed she isn't sleeping well. I'm worried she might overdose on them. Does anyone know how many it takes to overdose? Plz help, I dont wanna lose my friend.
