I am only 15 and im pregnant I want to keep it but my mom wants an abortion to be done I live in las vegas nevada is there any thing that I could do im desperate please if you have any information get back to me.

You need to check out the nevada laws, it varies between states, and how far along are you?

Okay, I looked it up..

And all I can really find is that you dont need your parents permission to have an abortion. Which dosent really say much.

I dont think that in any state your mother can .F.O.R.C.E you to abort your baby. But I may be wrong.. I'll keep looking but I think that .Y.O.U have to consent to it.

Your mom can't force you to get an abortion. There are some states that require parental permission to get an abortion, but to my knowledge, there are no laws that can force a person (whether they are over or under the age of 1 Cool

Dont let yourself get forced into an abortion..Thats something tha you not your mom, have to live with for the rest of you life!!! Do what you feel is right...We're all rootin for you. Let us know what happens

Even if she checks out the laws... If her mom wants her to abort the baby and she keeps it... What will her mom do? Kick her out? Not support her? Cut off her insurance...? Hunny do you have a job? Means for transportation? A way to get your own insurance? Father in the life? How old is he? Could you move out and make it on your own?

Think of it that wayy...? I am not telling you to get an abortion but you need to talk to your mom about all those factors if you are going to keep the baby... I mean if anything you could always adopt the baby out ... Since abortion doesnt have to be an option... My parents always told me it would be forced on me if I ever wound up pregnant under the age of 18,...
