Q: Really Really Bad Heart Burn

Embarassedi've never had heart burn when i'm not eating any thing to give it to me
so this is a first and i'ma day late if im preggy ima bout a month mabe 4 weeks or so plus ive had all the other symptoms at least once . If I am then ima example the pull out method doesn't work!!!!!!!!!
Does n-e one have really bad heart burn if so what do you do for it ?
Your advice would really be helpful

I had really bad heartburn for almost my whole pregnancy. I couldn't even drink water without getting it. I found that sometimes a glass of milk helps and if while you are sleeping or lying in bed you don't lie flat you lie kind of sitting up right
