Q: Bulky Frame Wanting to Lose Weight

I have a big frame. I have always been fit b/c i've played a sport all my life and at the college level, but I would like to lose weight and keep it off. I have a lot of muscle in my legs and the more I work out the bigger my legs get. I just need to lose 7-8lbs from my hips. I feel the more I work out by running and elliptical machines, the bulkier I get. I just want to slim down and find it hard to do atkins since I am a vegetarian. Any suggestions?

Extremely eHealthy
Pilates. Cut your calories back and do pilates. Aerobics should help you shed the fat the pounds and not get bulky, but if it isn't working then I don't know what to tell you. Sorry. But pilates are suppose to give you longer, leaning muscles.
