It sounds like you are sleep eating? I dieted heavily for a year and as a result I started eating in my sleep. It was a crises for me, for over a year. I tried every supplement in America to see if it would stop the sleep eating. I was convinced I would never get out of it but I kept trying. We installed a door in the kitchen with a lock, and I did not have the key, so therefore I was unable to get in the kitchen at night. It worked, and I got out of the habit. I have not eaten in my sleep in months. I also eat more during the day now, so my body is used to the food and I don't wake up hungry like I used to.
