I'm a little freaked out because i'm 20 years old and have these pimple like things in my genital area and pubic area; although they do not pop like pimples instead some solid core comes out and then they bleed alot. I'm not sexually active but have been awhile ago in the past with 2 girlfriends only (and never random); I never noticed any of these pimple like things on them. I've done extensive research and pretty much came to the conclusion that its probably molluscum I even can see a tiny (very tiny) dimple on most of them as they are not that big. I've had this for about 6 months now and had gotten rid of most of them by popping out the center but now they are back again full force. I have the liquid nitrogen stuff for freezing warts as well as hydrocortizone and topical acne treatments will any of these work maybe? Or should I wait it out? I don't want to freak my mom out by asking her to send me to the doctor because she'll think std and i'd prefer it to be private, I know its not hpv or herpes or any of those as I have been very carefull sexually and the symptoms are nothing similar to those. I'm thinking I may have gotten molluscum from my roomate last semester who was very sexually active as we would share towels at times unintentionally, or god only knows how, I guess if children can get it outside of sex I may have as well. Any suggestions would help.

Ummm...Since they are in such an important, sensitive area, I wouldn't suggest putting anything on them without talking to a doctor first. Especially not the freeze-off stuff (you wouldn't want to freeze off a ball or something, would you?). Ask your mom to get you an appointment with a doctor, and tell her it's because your ear hurts or something. She can tell them it's for an ear infection, and then when you get in there tell them the real reason you're there.
