To avoid to be fat,it is necessary to avoid junk food,poor foods.The body need a lot of water,juices with no junk sugar only honey or brown sugar,all kind fruits,vegetable,only wheat,grain carbs,everything must to be low or no fat for cheeses, milk,soy milk and yogurts,the only good fat is olive oil and canola oil.
About meat the best is samom fish,chicken but all roasted also organic eggs,but sometime try to avoid dead animal foods will make you fell better inside.
Everyday spf15 or 30 in the skin, low exposure in the sun and exercise for at least 30 min every day, but not in the least without pure water.
Also take multivitamins everyday,if pregnant take prenatal.
