Q: Paranoid

Yeah....I was on birth control probably for 8 months well just recently I took myself off of it....Becuz I was not having sex and it was pointless of me taking well....While I was on it my period was always messed up...But just like 3 weeks ago I had sex three times but I used protection....And I am 100% sure the condom did not rip but I haven't got my period but I am spotting some....But the strange thing is I am like a week late and I have cramps soo bad and my breats are tender......Am I pregnant?? Question

It could be because of the birth control pills. If the condom didnt break and you used it everytime you had sex. I think your fine. If your honestly paranoid hun, go take a test 2 calm you down. But I think your fine

I doubt it the spotting and change in period could be caused by the bc

Sounds like your body is just udjusting to being off the birth control, if you used condoms and they didnt break you should be fine.
