Yeah friday I was drunk and not pratacing gun safety and I accidently shot my self in the palm of my left hand with a high powered co2 bb gun. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out. My middle finger is swollen. I can't make a complete fist. And its hard to ope nall the way up. Its swollen all the way from the palm to the tip of my middle finger but my other fingers do not hurt. Could this break any bones? Tear tendons? Should I go to a hospital now thats its been 4 days? Lol I hope I didn't wait to long to ask this. Any advice would be greatful. Thx

Yes you should go to the hospital -- you could be at risk for a infection if the shot broke the skin -- or worse you could risk losing function of your finger for good. Please go to the hopsital or call a doctor.

Let me know how it goes.

Re: Update On Hand
Thanks for the update, glad to hear that your hand is feeling better. Please keep a close eye on it and I think that is a good idea to go friday. Just a word of advice they may not treat you though due to the fact that it is a week since the injury first happen. Unless you go to your own doctor. Just keep me posted.

Hope that it all works out.

Have a good one!

Extremely eHealthy
Hope you went to the doctor. You do not want to mess around with hand injuries, they can be difficult to treat after a while and sometimes, cannot be resolved if too much time has passed.(like if a tendon is torn)good luck to you.Patty
