For the last week I have been waking up feeling just fine. Usually around noon, my body starts to get achy and hurt all over. This is accelerated if I do any type of physical exercise. By early evening, my entire body hurts so bad that it is hard to move and I get a migraine headache that hurts so bad I can't stand up. Anybody have any ideas what may be wrong? Please help.
