I've already tried pineapple juice, pumpkin seeds and garlic. But I guess I haven't used them regularly enough and long enough. Also, GrowlGurl, would you mind telling me how much of each you take? How many cloves of garlic, how many pumpkin seeds and how much pineapple juice do you take and how regularly?

Also, can anybody tell me what the ingredients in colonix are? Can we make something similar at home?

Colonix has pumpkin seeds and everything else needed in it. This is my second day on it and I do feel noticeably better, regarding the stomach issue that is. When I purchased Colonix I also got the Toxciout package for 50% off. You can google Colonix and find their main site and read the ingredients of what they all provide. They are all natural herbs and most of them seem to be rare to find. Anyways, I haven't passed any parasites but that might still be to come, and even if this Colonix program doesn't solve the grumbling problem, it will make me and anyone healthier in general, mainly because it flushes your system and makes it pure. So if you can afford it you should def get started on it now. If you are debating, the stick it out and keep checking back here, as I will be giving updates as they become available.

I take the paragone cleanse and eat diced garlic cloves everyday. I eat about 25 pieces of diced garlic. When I eat pumpking seeds, I just nibble on them all day. I haven't eaten pumpkin seeds in about a week. My 15 day Paragone Cleanse is up tomorrow. I will rest for 5 days, and then do another 15 days. I'm also doing a liver cleanse at the same time I'm doing the parasite cleanse to make sure I get the maximum cleanse to get these suckers out of me.

I see parasites in my stool EVERYTIME I go to the bathroom. I'm so happy that I've been able to sit next to people now without my stomach embarrassing me. Also, I ate whatever I wanted to eat yesterday just to test my stomach and my stomach was fine.

The paragone cleanse can be purchased at any health food store and it's cheaper than the colonix. The Colonix is good except I don't like the fact that it has cascara. I heard that it's not good to consistenly take that laxative. I'm not sure, but that's just what I heard. I think the Paragone is just as effective(IMO) and it doesn't have the cascara. I'm getting critters out everyday. Today I pooped out some weird looking stuff that I hadn't seen before. I wished I had a sample for my GI, but the sample I took last week didn't have as much strange stuff as this week. I know my GI won't do another parasite culture on me.

Anyway, gettingthere, you have to consistently drink the juice, eat the pumpkin seeds and garlic everyday. You should start seeing eggs, seeds, or weird things in your bowels immediately if you have parasites. I'm not trying to be gross, but you have to look at your poop and not just flush it.

I Know How Distressing It Can Be...
I've been a reader of this thread for many months now, but have only just recently decided to sign up. I've been experiencing many of the same symptoms for a year and a half now.

I get excessive gas that isn't usually passed but held in and around what I think is the intestines, and it can be very loud and embarrassing. Like you all, I feel quite uncomfortable in quiet situations. My relationship is suffering as I never really feel 'in the mood' thanks to the uncomfortable feeling it gives me. I also get constipation, because when I try to go to the toilet all I pass is gas (and not freely). Finally, I may pass something, but it generally isn't much, and is quite pale and loose in appearance.

I've tried a lot. I tried cutting out dairy, I've tried cutting out gluten, I was checked for celiac disease and thyroid (but it came back negative), I have tried fibre supplements (which did help a little with the constipation but the gas and noises certainly remained). None of these relieved the symptoms, so finally I got stool samples examined and they discovered a bacteria called 'blastocystis.' My doctor put me on a repeat of the antibiotic 'flagyl,' and I have recently finished taking them: but the symptoms still remain. I don't know what to do next, I really thought the bacteria would have been the cause of it. I think I'll get some more stoll samples done (as embarrassing as they are) to ensure the bacteria's all gone, because I suppose I might have a fairly acute concentration of them after a year and a half.

Thanks to you all for sharing your symptoms/stories and attempts to find a cure! Glad to know I'm not the only one. But I wish doctors would take it all more seriously!

Sorry to hear about the new posted problems.. Terrible, huh?

Anyway, I'm a bit confused about the new parasite thing you guys have been talking about? The things you are mentioning... is it a program from a doctor? Are there books or sites? I'd like to try it myself, but I don't know just quite how to start out.

I know I'm asking you to repeat yourselves, but I'm just not really understanding. I guess, are these things plans or are they medications of sorts, and how do you get them? Etc?

We are talking about intestinal parasites that invade your intestinal tract through contimated food, water, pets, etc... Intestinal Parasites can cause havoc in your GI tract if you have them.

I've been taking a Parasite cleanse called "Paragone" by Renew Life to rid my body of parasites. Paragone is herbs that kill parasites and balance your intestinal flora. You can buy Paragone at any health food store.

I was telling everyone that if you have tried an elimination diet, test have come back negative for other viruses, disease, and doctor can't figure out what's wrong with you. You "might" have parasites. Parasites are undiagonsed. At times, your stool samples will come back negative if tested for parasites. Test accuracy is less than 25% accurate. Which means that you can have them and not know it according to the test results.

I'm suggesting that if you've tried everything and still have the grumbling stomach, do a parasite cleanse. I've been on it for almost 15 days and have passed many parasite eggs, and weird looking parasites in my stool on the 5th day of taking the herb. My stomach noises are 97% better. My stomach will growl maybe once a day, but it's not loud to where people can hear it. I'm so much better every since doing the parasite cleanse and ridding my body of the intestinal parasites.

Paragone cost about $33 dollars per box and it's recommend that after taking it for the first 15 days, rest for 5 days, and then repeat again if you feel that you need too. Since I've been having this problem for 10 years, I will definitely be doing another cleanse after my 5 days. I've been having great results, and I'm still seeing parasites and feeling flutters in my stomach. The noises are little to none since I've been on Paragone. The first few days was the worst. I had a lot of movement, loud noises, but after the 3 day is when the noises got much better, and it's been getting better and better each day that I'm cleaning. I'm really happy about this cleanse, because I've NEVER felt confident in meetings, quiet places, and being around people in 10 years since cleaning my noisy intestine.

I recommend everyone with this problem if they can't afford Paragone or Dr. Natura's Colonix cleanse, they can eat raw pumpkin seeds, drink pineapple juice, and eat raw garlic cloves to help rid the body of parasites "if" you have them. I mean, what do you have to lose? Do this everyday and examine your stools for eggs, seeds, or worm looking things. If you need more information you can go to the webiste curezone. They have a lot of information about parasites.

I hope this helps!

Do We Rely Too Much On Doctors???
Over it,

I've been to the doctors so many times for this problem and they have no idea what's causing it. At times, we have to take our health into our own hands to find a cure. We can't rely on doctors to cure us or know why our stomach's are making noises. By doing research and health forums like this one can help us to share what we know and hopefully find a cure.

Personally, I always research any and everything the doctors tell me because I just don't take whatever they say to be accurate. Do your research and don't rely 100% on doctors, because after all, they are PRACTICING.

Thanks so much for retyping all that for me, you're absolutely right about not having anything to lose. I'm just hoping I can find a 3 day grace period without class.work, etc. to try this out, ha.

And yeah, Growlgurl, doctors.. they don't know everything, we can't expect them to play god. Stomach problems are hard to diagnose, but clearly, as someone else said I think, this is something that they just cannot place.

forthego, I've googled Colonix, and looked at the ingredients. I saw that there was another product available called "Paranil". It says that Colonix is an "Intestinal Cleanser" and a Fiber Supplement and "Paranil" is an Anti-Parasite Support. How did you decide which one to use? Or are you using both?

I'm Keeping My Fingers Crossed
Just updating to say that my stomach noises are still doing great even eating the "trigger" foods. Keep in mine too that I did the liver flush the same time I did the Parasite cleanse. I'm currently off the parasite cleanse for 5 days then I will start another paragone cleanse for another 15 days. I haven't felt this good in years about my stomach. I ate beans yesterday to see if I would have gas in the morning, but nada, no gas. I'm amazed at how I've searched for years to help my noises, and didn't find help until now.

I will keep you all updated on my progress. My husband was also doing the cleanse with me, and doesn't like herbs, medicine, etcc at all, but he says the parasite cleanse works!

Hey...

I'm really excited to try the parasite cleanse.. I just read up on it and it seems to be pretty acute to how I feel. Except that right now I have felt worse than I ever have in my life. I'm trying to pinpoint what it was I've eaten in the last 24 hours... but nothing bad at all comes to mind.

My intestines are literally twitching, as badly as maybe as when you get a muscle twitch that you can physically see yourself. I'm really freaked out because it feels terrible when I go to the bathroom, and I've just gone twice in the past 10 minutes and my instestines are still quaking and just feeling oily or something, I can't describe it. I went to look at the stool to see if I could see anything useful (a bit gross, I know), and I saw almost completely undigested food. I've never seen that happen to that degree before.

I'm hoping this is gone by tommorow for class... if not.. I"m not sure what I'm going to do.

If this were some sort of parasite, how do you think it would it have been transfered from one person to another? I'm not too familiar with parasites and how they spread.

curezone has a lot of information on parasites. They are spread from foods, water, pets, sexual contact, etc..

Paragone Is Working For Me!!!
Coast wrote:

If I were you, I would definitely be starting the Paragone. That way you wouldn't have to worry about the noises. I know how you feel about trying things and it not working for the noises. I was the same way. I tried elimination diet, expensive probiotics, digestive enzymes, phayzme, but nothing helped even 85%, but I'm so glad I gave Paragone a try! I'm on my second box of Paragone. Research says that parasite cleansing is an on going process. Once you have parasites they are not easy to rid the body. Especially, if you have had them for a while. Rule of thumb is the number of years you've had the problem, it will take that many months to rid the body. Of course, you would have to do maintenance cleaning for the rest of your life.

Also, let me ask you if you feel flutters or something moving around in your lower abdomen or upper left rib cage area? Do your noise come from the areas I described?

Also, let me say why I like the Paragone as opposed to the Dr. Natura Colonix. Paragone doesn't have cascara or senna. I don't like taking a laxative everyday for 30 days. Paragone kills parasites and it balance intestinal flora. It's also good for canida(sp). We all know parasites and canida(sp) go hand-in-hand. Paragone is the least expensive and it works! I know this from experience. It doesn't take long to see results. It took me 5 days to notice eggs, seeds, and parasites. My stomach noises are next to none. 'If' my stomach growl, its not loud, so no one can hear it and it's not continous like before. My stomach wouldn't shut up. It was embarrassing.

Anyway, I wouldn't delay, give Paragone, raw organic garlic, and pumpkin seeds a whirl. Also, I did a liver cleanse at the same time as the Paragone. Of course, you know to continue with probiotics.

Good luck in school!

Yeah this Colonix program is pretty much a laxative program, if you're doing it make sure you can reach a bathroom fast at times, usually in the morning.

I was better on it for the first few days doing it, then I stopped it for awhile just to take a break, and the noises came back with a full vengeance haha.

I haven't passed any parasites that I've noticed but it says results vary from individual to individual and it's still early in the proccess.

I still don't think parasites would be the main cause for loud noises coming from our stomachs and especially since they mainly occur in anxiety ridden situations.

I may be wrong though, but how would the parasites be causing this? To me it feels like a bunch of trapped gas, like my stomach produces an abundance of gas and it needs to let some escape, so it lets lose through the intestines and all over the stomach. This makes a bit more sense because when I feel a noise moment about to come on, but I need to pas gas at the same time and do, my stomach will go back to feeling perfectly normal for about 5 minutes or so until more gas built up tries to escape.

The worse time for me to get the nosies is before a meal, basically as soon as I start feeling hungry, the second worse is after I wake up, not specifically morning, but after I slept and woke and the third is in quite places like class rooms and all the other ones being described. But usually when my stomach is full of a meal, the nosies won't appear even for 3hours non stop. I don't know about you guys but about 90% of the time before a noise strikes I know it's going to happen because of the feeling I get in my stomach.

Anyways I'm going to keep trying to colnox cleanse as well as look into other things to try, and I'll defiantly be back to leave updates even though it won't be every day.

Also, thanks to everyone else who is here working on this problem, I'm sure they'll be new comers joining later on too, as this is a first result on google for the key terms of our symptoms.

If I can give any advice for the ones who have to go to class, or any other quit situation where they think the noises would come, I would recommend this, eat enough food that will keep you full for the amount of time you will be in that situation, and eat it about 30 - 45 minutes before you have to be there, so that you can see how your stomach is feeling.

And if you have more classes throughout the day, carry some snacks in your back pack and munch on them somewhere before you get to class.
Snacks like cellary and carrots are ideal, but what I found to work best for me was a Snickers bar I'd eat 2/day 1 before my first two classes, and then another 1 before my last two classes. It's not the healthiest thing to do but it might work as a temporary solution for some of you like it did for me.

Good luck all, and I strongly believe that we will find a definite solution for this, we all just got to keep collaborating and trying new things.

If anyone has any questions for me please feel free to ask.

day 4 of the paragone... pretty nice results so far. My stomach has been hurting a lot, but a lot of the gas has gone down and the noises are very very few. Hate the taste of it, but a small price to pay!

Growlgurl, question - you are not taking a break between boxes?

yes I took a 5 day break and then I started another box. I've had this problem for over 10 years. I'm infested so I know it's going to take me a while to get rid of them all. After this second box, I won't do another one until maybe 6 months, but I will continue eating garlic and pumpkin seeds. Maybe do another liver flush.

Are you taking probiotics? Don't forget to take them too! Also, as the parasites die they leave toxins, so your stomach hurting is a good thing. Make sure you look closely to examine your feces. Don't give up, your stomach will get much better! Don't skip any pills, take Paragone as directed!
