I have taken ortho for a couple years and this past month I got my period 2 weeks early, had it up to and through my regular period (i had it for three weeks total)...In the confusion of this I noticed two days before my placebo pills that I had two extra pills. I took two and threw one out, took the pill at my regular time the next day, and then started the placebo pills on the following day as scheduled. I don't know when I missed the pills but I was not having sex due to my three-week long period. I started my new pack on friday and had sex on sunday with no other form of birth control. It's been more than seven days since the missed pills but I was not taking active pills during all of those days. Could I be pregnant?

I know when you miss a pill you should take 2 pills at the same time the next day. I have missed 3 of my pills this month and taken the missed pill and the pill for that day. I have no clue about this pill... But I have been searching and it seems like more people are getting pregnant on this pill more than others...

I've been told that if u miss a pill taking both the next day will not help. The only way taking more pills will help is if you take 4 2 times that following day after sex (basically a morning after remedy). If u miss a pill most docs say to wait 7 days b4 having unpro. Sex, others say 14 days.
