My wife has been breastfeeding constantly for six months now. Can she get pregnant even if I am pulling out before ejaculation? Need help and stressing out!!! Rolling Eyes

Breastfeeding is not a guaranty that woman can't get pregnant. Puling out before ejaculation is not very sure contraceptive method.
Your wife should do a pregnancy test.
