Girls im needing help, whats the law of abortion in america for abortion. I know it's 12 weeks, but for what reasons. Does anyone know any sites that can help me with american law. We have the human fertilisation and embryology act 1990 which I can read online, but I cant really see anything the same for america!!

I dont know wether to show u girls the finished 1st draft, it's pretty rubbish at the mo, but I dont wanna coz a row, because I am pro choice.
I just said that in america it's a constituional right up untill the 12th week!! Lol I guess if im wrong then im wrong

Hmm I dont think u can have an abortion up until u have birth now.. They had to sign some papers stating u couldn't.
I'm not sure about america's law... I know canada's is kinda like 12 weeks.. They say its safest that way but they'll do one here up until 16 weeks. But it would cost an extra 200 dollars or something I cant remember. I think america's act is like that too.. Not sure..
