Hi im new here, came looking for advice on my back. Im 16 and for the last 2 ive had alot of lower back pain, sometimes so sore that I cant sit up or lie down with out a really bad pain, other times I find it sore to excersise but then I find it sore to not move so basically I cant win! Also, I find that I get a sort of uncomfy feeling, no matter what im doing, like my back(lower back) feels tired and uncomfy. I dont really do anything strenuous, I play netball alot, thats about it, I dont lift anything either.
Any advice apperciated Smile

Hi Amanda
Please try this exercise it will help you. Ill try to explain it. First stand against a wall, heels touching it. Take three steps heel to toe until you are about three feet from the wall. Now stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Bend backwards letting your head fall back and try to walk down the wall backwards with your hands until you reach the floor. This will be scary or maybe impossible in the beginning but please persevere with it. People have been cured of their back pain if you are still skeptical. Please try the exercise, doctors wont be able to help you. Good luck with it!!!

Go see your primary care physician and get some plain film lumbar x-rays done before doing anything.
There could be several things going on with your back, from congenital structural abnormalities etc.
Better safe than sorrow.
Let me know if you need any other info. Or advice.
Exactly how long have your symptoms been present.

That is a long time. You really need to go see someone to have your back evaluated properly.
