Aloha,
i just joined your group--looks like there's some good information here. I was diagnosed with ra one week ago. What a shock. I'm dealing with it with optimism, though.
right now, the challenge is figuring out the best diet I can follow. While I realize (by now) that each person will have different food allergies, I understand there are some foods that most rheumatoid arthritis people should stay away from. Some websites consistently mention eggs and one article I read (i can't find it now

) said it was because of the lethicin in the eggs.
My question is the following: is lethicin, in general, bad for us to consume?
It seems like several, seemingly great, supplement drinks geared toward people dealing with ra contain soy lethicin. With soy being listed sometimes as an inflammatory food too, this ingredient confuses me.
Is soy lethicin generally ok for people (dealing with and conquering:) rheumatoid arthritis to consume?
Thank you (in advance),
marlakate
