Hi vossy, having breathing problems and a
racey heart is not exactly an attack but
rather symptoms of anxiety. I have these
symptoms all the time but it is getting
better lately. Attacks are episodes that
serously leave you breathless and dizzy.

Actually, I have to disagree. You may
have witnessed a "panic episode" but it
was definitely not a "panic attack." or
maybe you simply felt anxiety. A panic
attack is the scariest of the three where
you feel like youre having a heart attack
and you hyperventilate, get dizzy, start
to cry, get big headache, have a tingly
feeling throughout the body, and have lost
control. A panic episode is when you
hyperventilate and get dizzy but still
have some control--it is on the brink of
having a panic attack. Basic anxiety are
symptoms like headaches, migraines, tense
muscles/nerves, crying, when you grind
your teeth, change in appetite, change in
sleep patterns, and lots lots more.
