Hey look I have been having sever abdominal pain and no fever but I have been nausea a a little vomiting could I still have appendicitis everthough I don't have a fever? If you can help me please reply? Confused

To better help, could you describe where the abdominal pain is, when it occurs, and how long you have had these symptoms for?
