My boyfriend sometimes has trouble falling
asleep at night, but the big issue is
waking up. There is nothing that can wake
him up once he has fallen asleep. I can
literally shake him and he will just crack
his eyes open and go back to sleep. He
will also sleep through any alarm. Any
suggestions on how he can wake himself up
in the morning?

In the long run he should check witht he
doc on it, but for now, I throw a cup of
cold water on my sister! And I play loud
spanish music to bug her! I like spanish
but she doesnt. So it always gets her up.
Play him some music loud, or get a rag
with cold, cold water and put it on his
face.
