I dont think shes burping right. Some spit up after eating is just nilk and stuff, but if not burped right- it sits there a bit, then comes back up and smells all raunchy lol. If she is not being burped properly after *every* feeding then she can become irritated, gassy, cranky and be sptting up. I dont think she is sick, but call your doc and ask the nurse to confirm.

If its vomit... Ud know its vomit... Danica started vomiting once and I could tell it was definetly not spit up! It started shooting out and she did it ten times in a row with 1 second intervls in between... But it was due to expired formula (i never knew powdered formula expired within 30 days... Stupid but oh well)
she may have a bit of an upset stomach.... After (not right after a feeding) try giving her a bath.. It helps to calm babys stomachs and calms the babies themselves. She could have a touch of something but if she has a fever then u should call a doc.

Well, spitup and vomit are easy to tell apart. Not by how they look but how is comes up. If it is spitup, it'll just come up and she most likely won't even notice. If it is vomit, it will come up forcefully and she should cry. But if there is any weird color, or it just looks funny call the doc.
