Well I had a baby about seven months ago
and now I have a belly. I use to weigh
97lb before I got pregnant now I weigh
114lb. I know I should exercise to get
rid of my belly because I don't want to
let myself go. The problem is I have
lower back pain and it's unbearable when I
try to do crunches and stuff. What can I
do, is there something I can take when I
exercise my tummy, for my lower back pain?
Please help

First of all 114 is not big at all so dont
worry about that hahah but as for the pain
id go in to see your doc because you
scould have pulled somethign even
internally just go get a check up or x

just natural since u gave birth recently.
And about the pains, dont carry heavy
things or put any strain on ur back, then
go to the doctor to check whats wrong!
Girl you are tiny!! How tall are you? I
was 127 before I got pregnant but i'm also
5'8" so I was somewhat skinny. But for
the back pain go to the doctor, maybe you
did something to your back but you should
definitely have it looked at.
