Q: Nice to Meet You Girls!! I'm New!!

Hey! I've been reading this site and finally decided to join, hoping you all could help me! My name is jennifer and i'm 19years old. My last two periods were 8/14 and 9/11. I had unprotected intercourse with the ex boyfriend on 9/27 and 10/1 using the withdrawal method. I've been off bc since 8/15! When me and the ex bf did it on 10/1 I just had this gut feeling that I was going to be pregnant. I almost told him but I didn't want him to flip out on me! Ever since I had bleeding gums, light pink spotting twice in one day (the week I was supposed to get my period)...Missed period, extreme fatigue, sore & fuller breasts, cold like symptoms, my nausea has been getting worse but no throwing up yet, and a hard time sleeping at night. Can anyone tell me if they had the same thing? I would be 5w3d if I am pregnant! Thanks ahead of time for your help and i'm looking forward to talking to all of you!!!

Symptoms dont matter. Those could also be remaining symptoms from quitting birth control. You need to test! Its not too early.

I'm pretty scared! My mom is going to kill me if I am and when I told the exbf about it...He wasn't too happy and now doesn't want anything to do with me or what could be on the way! I called the doctor and they don't want to see me for another 2 weeks (that is if I don't get my period)

Welcome! My name is sam... Well, samantha but everybody calls me sam! I'm 18 years old (i'll be 19 in less than a month) and i'm pretty sure i'm not preggy but I love it here anyways (let me tell you... These girls are awesome)!
Have you taken ah hpt yet? That's the only sure way to tell if you're preggy or not! I mean, yeah, those are pretty typical pregnancy symptoms, but they can also be symptoms of other stuff too! Take one and then tell us if you are!!!!!!

Well I get paid tomorrow! So I will take one on saturday morning I guess? I'll let you guys know on monday morning! I have a headache today and i'm sooooo tired! It always hits me and I won't be able to stay awake here in a couple hours!! I forgot to mention I have little cramps sometimes and I got tested for ovarian cysts,endo, and thyroid problems and everything is fine! I have been on 3 different birth controls and no symptoms like this ever. The last birthcontrol I missed pills all over the place..I wouldn't even say it would be working like it was supposed to even when I did take it for the 3 weeks that I was on it! I'm scared Rolling Eyes

Hey welcome to the forum-my name is kristin and believe me honey I know what you are feeling right now, when it comes to being scared and having your parents killing you. We have all mostly been there. All the symptoms don't matter as erin did say. Our bodies have a weird trick that it plays on us both emotionally and phyisically. If you just ended birth control, sometimes the hormones make your body feel like its pregnant and its really not. Stress is a major factor in this....Withdrawl, is not a very safe method...If a method at all. Why did you stop taking your birth conrol? Just go out buy a pregnancy test from wal-mart or something, then take it tomorrow morning, make sure you use the morning urine, like as soon as you wake up. I stopped taking my bc because the side effects were bothering me. I just have a weird feeling that's all. It's too hard to explain but it's there. I don't want to speak too soon though! I might go out to eat tonight and then get a preggo test! I really can't say what I want the result to be. I will be happy with any result to be honest, even if it means there might be hard times on the way... Smile

Yeah he did! He's just an problem! He only thinks about himself! He told me if I had a kid he would hate me even more than he already does.. That's when he got the response "well..So will your pockets after that child support is ordered :d " I just brush him off...

Hi jenny! How are ya? Scared, I bet. But don't worry.......Everything will be ok! My name is heather and i'm 19...I'm not expecting and I am not yet a mommy........But i'd like to change that in the near future.......With my guy's full cooperation of course.....But I doubt that will happen. But! About your situation....Either way it goes....You know you have us girls' full support! And when we hear that someone may / may not be pregnant.......We get just as excited/nervous! I'm glad to know I have support because here lately dealing with the exboyfriend and thinking of what my mom is going to say kinda make me feel like I don't have much of it in my life right now! I'm going to get a test today when I get off work and take it tomorrow morning before I go to my other job! Gotta love working 7 days a week Mad

!! Oh yeah, and i'll be back to tell ya how it goes..Even if i'm not pregnant i've read so much about it that I love to offer advice and read other girls stories too! If I am pregnant...I'm going to have way more questions than what I have right now you better believe it! Haha i'm not going nowhere!!! I'll let you know on monday morning girlies!! So I got the test and i'm gonna take it in the morning! I'm soooo nervous!!!!! If it comes out neg. I'll be sad...But if it comes out pos. I'll be nervous still! ...I have another problem though... My stomach is sticking out and I would say it's me being bloaded...But it's there all the time now. If I am preggy...I don't want to be like my mom was and gain 83 pounds all for a baby that only weighs 7lbs 2oz when it's born ..(she naturally retained a lot of water for some reason). But what if I really am gonna get that huge?!?! I guess I should just handle it one day at a time!...I will keep you posted if I don't die in my nervous break down first Shocked
