Q: Feeling of Something In Throat

For a few years now I have had a feeling that something is in the lower left (vocal chord area) hand side of my throat and i'm constantly trying to clear it. There is no pain and the problem comes and goes. I am a very light smoker 5-8 people a day, and am always trying to stop. Any ideas? I am a 28 year old male, and have heard that this is quite a common problem in young men.

Many thanks,

john

I think I have something similar for the last 18 months/ 2years, the same area, feels as if something is stuck there, felt when swallowing. Tried the honey and lemon method. I'm a 19 year old male, non-smoker
