My friend is suffering from pain that is the back of the knee and sometimes in her ankle area. This pain accures when she is sitting down and the then stands up. The ankle pain accures when she gets out of bed. Her pain is so bad that she has a hard time walking for a while after standing back up. Just wondering if this is arthritis or something else. Please help!
