Well I have been off the pill since the 8th of october because I thought I was pregnant. My last period was the 23rd of september. My period hasn't come. Yet a pregnancy test was negative. So the only explanation I could think of is going off the pill.

That's pretty likely. Some people's bodies react differently. I had been on the pill (ortho) for a year and my period came right on time when I stopped taking it.

Some good side effects were better sex drive (way better) better grasp on emotions, freedom from taking a pill everyday...

The pill can really mess up ones body. I came off of the pill end of august and got my next period on time, then in october, nothing, I finally got it 2 days ago. Can wreck havoc specially when one is ttc. But I heard it can take a few months to get back on schedule, but it doesn't make sense to me if the pills are out of your system in 2 days.?.

Birth Control
I got off yasmin last month. My period actually came a little early. I stopped bleeding about a week ago and now i'm spotting. It's too early to be implantation and too late for it to be ovulation bleeding (i know this because i"m taking bbt). I just don't know what to think. If it gets any heavier i'll go to a doc but I keep thinking "i stopped bleeding last week... what am I spotting from!!??" if you can avoid birth control do, but it's also good for things like severe acne and really heavy bleeding, but then once you go off it it comes right back. Good luck to everyone.
