The recommended 'high purine foods to
avoid' and 'foods low in purine' that are
listed in purine content charts also
recommend low or non-fat versions of those
foods. What does 'low fat' have to do
with purines?
I realize that being obese can aggrevate
gouty conditions. But why list fat
content in these charts? Fat doesen't
seem to have purines.

Look when you start saying stuff like I
know being obese...You really need to get
some help and I dont think your first
step is reading labels
