I m a 23, soccer player and also do a gym exercices for past couple years. I dont know what of that two thing is the cause but about a month ago I felt pain after one game in lower right part . I already felt that kind of pain in past but it usually gone very quickly. But this time it wont go. I tried to rest a couple of weeks and when I tried to run or shoot the ball the pain grows and (only in right down part). I rested again for a week-two but again if I try to play pain is always coming back. When I m walking or doing everyday things I feel a very very slight pain in lower right spine, but whenever I start to run it is becoming a serious pain and attaching muscles in that part. Doctor said I should rest and do exercices but my problem is not going away. If u know what is my diagnosis, and what should I do, please help me.. Thanx in advance.

Try This My Friend
Hi diego, sorry to hear of your pain. Try this out, it is an exercise taken from "combat conditioning". You may not have heard of it, but it an exercise book thatcan be purchased online.

Ill try to explain it so you can start right away b4 ordering the book.

Stand against a wall, and take 3 steps heel to toe in front until you are about 3 feet from the wall!! Now have your feet shoulder width apart, and lean backwards, letting your head fall back and try to walk down the wall with your hands until you reach the floor. This may sound crazy to you. But stay with me.

This exerise is just one of many exercises taught in "combat conditioning" and also happens to be a graet healer of back pain. Please act on this post it will help you. Good luck with it!!!!!
