My last period started on 16 august, and no period till today 9 october.
Only at 17 september I have a day of low bleeding.
On 2 october a home pregnancy test became negative.
I am 49 years old, I am not taking any hormons, and during sexual intercource we always use a condom.
I am taking avonex(interferon beta 1a) cause of multiple sclerosis for the last 5 years and I am overweight.
Since then my period begame irregular and once a year missed.
Please inform the best next actions, because the worst case is being pregnant and too late for an abortion.

Ms And Periods
My last period was january of 2000 and I was dx with ms feb of 2000. But I am of menopausel age. I have not had one since. Ms causes a lot of things to happen to our bodies. Ask your doc, being overweight does not help with the period either. I hope this helps you.

Ms And Menopause
I've recently been diagnosed. I'm on rebif and 49 years old. Since I began the medication, I have not had a period. I was still getting it regularly before that. I have also had night sweats. I'm not sure this is a menopausal thing, which it certainly could be due to my age, or related to the illness and/or the rebif. It's just very coincidental that this happened at the same time. Any thoughts?
