Ok, so I managed to tell one of my friends, well he guessed as I hadnt got the courage to even type it to him! And now I feel worse because I know someone knows, how about if he tells someone???And hes pressuring me into seeking help!!!!!!!!! Grrrr and I dont want to, but I do, im so confused!! I hate this I hate this I hate this. I wish I was just really skinny and ate normally, but no, im his big fat monster!!!!!!!!

Jellybaby that was the best thing you did telling your friend about your problem. I think it's a good idea to listen to him and seek help, also you can vent some of your frustrations to him later on if you find he is a trust worthy friend. It would be a great way to release some stress from yourself. A friend recently told me she has an eating disorder and is now upset that she told me, but i'm telling you it was the best thing her telling me and i'm glad she did.
