yes, you can miscarry only one when carrying multiples. I know someone who was carrying twins (boy and girl) and she miscarried one at 4 months. The other baby was just fine.

Well I was 21 days late for my period and I think I had a misscarry tho if ia am I am 5 weeks I started bleeding sat and today when I woke up no blood at all I had xsome cramping last night I have many signs of being preg too I still get some morn and night sickness not every day tho still sleep alot and I have a nervois feeling in me what do u think I should do I called my gyno n got in next monday
