I have been on yasmin for going on 4 months now. I am ending my 3rd pack. The first two packs I start taking my placebos the 19th and started my period on the 21st. Well nmw on my 3rd pack I started taking the placebos on the 16th and suppose to start tomorrow, but how is that. I have my new pack for next month ald I counted the pills until my next placebos and it says that I will start taking them on the 13th and start on the 15th. But why, what is going wrong. I take one pill the same time everyday and I have never missed a pill, but I am very confused. Can someone please answer my question.

Not all the months have the same number of days in them. July and august both have 30 days, and they are the only ones that have the same number of days right next to each other. Also, the days of the months dont all start on the same day, so that would also screw things up. If you're taking your pills every day and at the same time you are fine. Don't stress. You're fine. Its just how the calendar is made up... All months dont have 30 days and start on a sunday.

The above post is absolutely correct, because all months do not have the same day the date of your period will vary. Let's say you always get in on the third wednesday of every month, in every month the 3rd wednesday is not the same day. As long as you 've been taking your pills everyday, without missing any then you are fine. Just don't miss any pills.
