They say that muscle weighs more than fat right? Well im 5'8 and I weigh around 130 pounds. Most people I know that are 5'8 weigh around 150-160, and they are the same size as me. What the hecks wrong with me? Im not skinny, when I look in the mirror, it looks like im pretty much all muscle, I had a fat test alittle while ago and I had 6% body fat. I can bench press 195 pounds and deadlift 305 pounds. People never believe me when I say I weigh under 130 pounds, can anyone help me??? Why am I so light?????

Wow relax nothing is wrong with you. It sounds like you are very strong, but not mass built and big. When you look into a mirror and you have a fat percentage of 6 then you should better be looking pretty thin. There is a difference in looking msculer and thin and muscular and bulky. If this bothers you then search up bulking. Bulking is a way of lifting where you eat as much as possible and lift heavy. The idea here is to gain muscle mass and fat and to just get big. It will take a while and you need to research and learn before you do anything. Look at your workout schedule and make sure you are targeting all your main muscles and getting good useful excercises in there. Read, learn, and eat.
