No see there was a whole bunch of lil clips from diff events and 1 of them happened to be him and his friends in his room wrestling. He had the cam they were playin with it and my sis never thought to look at it and taped a whole bunch of other things after that. It was from january of this year. I know its actually embarassin for me to tell this cuz I dont want people thinkin my nephew is weird but I mean 10 yo's dont do things like that. Wether it be a joke or not, ~ erica.

Okay, well no matter how old he is it's not okay to be doing that stuff! I would definately tell her and let her know that you don't know if she knows or not, but this is what you saw. I might also talk to your nephew and tell them that it was inapropriate and I would let them know that their mother will hear about it too.

erica hun, 10 year olds don't do things like that. Umm what box are you hiding in?, I think it's time you came out. It is very natural for children of that age to act in that manner. Heck, I remember I was in the city the other day on my way to starbucks and this tourist asked thess little kids if he knew where fao schwartz was (toy store). The kids replied. Was I shocked? Nope because I figured it came from one, the parents not raising the child right and having no control, or the parent not being aware of it. Boys especially will be boys and will do things in their child years to represent immaturity. So don't expect him to be quiet, well mannered and serene 100% of the time. The best advice I can give you is to let your sister be aware of what is going on in her child's life, none the less the other parents of the kids on the tape. And let her know that before it evolves into something worse or even more disturbing to you, she can maintain it to a level where it is acceptable.

Don't get me wrong, I believe children should not act like that and no one should tolerate it. But who is to blame, for those parents who let their children go? (just a question)

No! It's not normal for boys or girls to do that! What planet are you on? I'm a teacher and i've taught kids up to fifth grade and it's not normal to be doing that! I agree that sometimes it can be a parent thing, but does that make it okay and normal? No! A normal ten year old will not show his penis around like that. A normal ten year does not go around saying human and mother fffer. I would have to disagree with you on that. And as far as the eight year old it's even more absurb that they would do that. So to answer your question erica it's not normal. I'd say that it's normal at that age to cop an attitude, but not go showing his penis around. It's not normal for them to be talking like that either. Maybe when they get to be teens talking like that would be normal, but it's definatley not okay! However, as far as the flashing the private part I would not say that is not normal in middle school highschool or college. I would even go as far as saying it's a behavioral problem in my opinion.

im on planet earth miss ladie and what im saying it's normal for boys to act like that. But that behavoir is not to be condoned as normal. I have also worked with kids, and every kid does things that someone does not find to be "normal". Some kids eat glue, some kids eat mud, some boys play with barbies, and some cuss, fight and act violent, that is all in being kids, they will grow out of it, those who get help. Now if u live in nyc, u will understand where I am coming from because it happens ever so often. Pitterpatter why don't u stop teaching for a while and take time to learn that outside ur world, things happen differently.

Trust me it happens ever so often and all that is needed is for someone not to bring them down, but to tell them right from wrong

Thx for all the replys. Tquartz or w/e ur name is I know u said not to take u wrong but what were u implying when u said... " what box are u hinding in? " no need for u to get cocky honey ok so dont talk to me like I am stupid or like anyone else here is stupid either and again no! It is not normal for kids of that age to do things like that and yes I am blaming it on the way they are being raised because I disagree with it .
