Rice and brooth- what else mashed potatoes cooked in brooth, jello, bananas, crackers,. Anything else? Thanks djvan

Hi djvan. Just wondering if you'd managed to find out anything about a diet for gastritis? I've just been diagnosed and the doctor didn't offer me any guidance as to what to eat and what to avoid.
