Q: Anxiety + Nausea When Even Thinking About My Girl

Hi everyone,
it's been a long time now, that when I want to set up a date with a girl, I feel so nervous and all. I was about to vomit once when my girl called me one night... And a few days ago when we went out to dinner, I actually vomited ( I wasn't even able to eat my dinner because of nausea ). Yeah I rushed to the bathroom and I was taking deep breaths until I just vomited... Well she didn't find out, that's the good part. But this is reallllllly bothering me, every time we go out I just hope that we don't eat anything. Can anyone help me on what to do?
Thanks a bunch,
a.

Just Try to Calm Down
Breathe deep and maybe you won't throw up. Don't be nervous. Maybe you are cute. Maybe she likes you.

Hi felenskool.

You need to break out of this behaviour pattern.
Because it is definitely hurting your chances getting girls/women.

Use it as motivation to break out of it and you will be fine

good luck

Been there, done that so know what you're talking about & as I didn't get help I also know where you're likely to end up if you don't get help!!

See a counsellor &/or get into some personal development course (self-esteem, assertiveness etc) do some relaxation things like yoga, meditation, etc.

Good luck
