Q: Weird Question, Need Help

I recently got off of my period about two weeks ago. My periods are usually light, my tubes are tied, and I am divorced, so I haven't really been paying attention to my periods like I used to. The last time I had sex was about four months ago. Ok. Here is the problem. My breasts are tender, my back is achy, and I feel exactly like I have when I start a period and when I am first pregnant. The other thing I have noticed which seems really strange to me is that I have felt movements in my lower belly, just like the ones I felt when I was about four months pregnant with each of my kids and they started to kick. It sounds strange to me. I dont have a clue what could be going on. Is there anything else that happens in the body that could similate this feeling?

I'm not sure what else could cause kicking feelings in your stomach, unless you swallowed a live rat or something Wink I do know that it's sometimes possible to get pregnant even if your tubes are tied. You might consider getting it checked out just to be sure.

I had a similar situation some years back with the kicking in my stomach and my doctor refused to give me a pregnancy test. She informed me that oftentimes we can feel our intestines breaking down food. Sounded strange to me but after that I really did not pay it much attention anymore, although every now and then I may feel it and my tubes are not tied and I am still able to have children.

The kicking movement in the stomach is some type of muscle spasm or twitch. It should not be anything to worry about unless you are experiencing pain with it.
