Why does dom have such a bad rash?

Yea it will get better but it has to get worse b4 it gets better....

I have no idea why he has a bad rash... The health nurse at christinas school was coming in today so I dunno im gonna talk to her soon I called her but her foster mom said she was getting dom ready for bed....
