Hi,

i started off about 2 weeks ago experiencing some loud noises from the stomach. I didnt think anything of it so just carried on with my daily routine.

About 5 days ago I ended up getting a very bad flu and straight after that I experienced a fever. I was unable to walk properly as I would try but keep feeling dizzy. I also was unable to eat properly during those days. My fever started to get better and I noticed my urine has started to come out orange and also I am unable to eat anything properly.

Basically the problem I am having right now is that I am having problems eating, if I do eat my stomach will make very loud noises and this can sometimes cause some stomach pains. I also for some reason cant taste anything!!!

I have spoken to some doctors but they all say its a stomach virus and it will take time for it to go away.
But for some reason I think its something more serious plz some1 tell me its just a virus because it will put me at ease thanks
