I have the same thing, about 7 months ago I had a zit on the side of my nose and also one on my neck and after the zits were gone it left a bump that you cant see but you can feel it but I would really like it to go away.

I get bumps like that too. Mine generally come before a zit shows up though, and it's really, really painful. I talked to a doctor about it once, and he said it might be that there is an infection under the skin, and eventually it pushes out into what looks like a zit. Maybe yours is the opposite way. Maybe you pushed or sqeezed the zit, and shoved all the ickiness under the skin. I don't know for sure tho, so talk to a dermatologist about it.

Thats what kind of think too because I have a bad habbit at picking and I kept picking it and it was under the skin pimple, so it probably did push it really deep why it left the bump, I just have to find out if it will ever go away.

As for the zits on your ass - my cousin swears by neutrogena. She has probablys with acne on her back and uses it every time she showers and says it helps a lot. Just buy a bottle of liquid neutrogena and keep it in the shower and try it out for a week or two and see if it helps.

Gman: just be grateful it's not red and painful!! I would be happy if all my problems weren't noticeable.

Also, on the butt issue, if you find that soaps and such don't work, you could try get an oral prescription for a doctor. I took tetracycline because my face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders were covered in zits, and it actually got rid of them. I think it would prolly work on your butt too;)
