If you'd had a misscarriage, you would know. You would have experienced really heavy bleeding and would have been in quite a lot of pain. Unless that happened, you probably didn't have a miscarriage. And as for "expelling" the baby... It usually comes out witht he bleeding (which is why it occurs). If you're really really really that worried, go to the doctors (which you should probably do anyways). Good luck and keep us updated!

You can still feel your baby move and not be that far along. I was around 14 weeks when I felt my baby move...I had a miscarriage and believe me you will know if you had one or not. I am not too sure how far along you are but this is what you would experience if you were having a miscarriage depending on how far along you are/were. Know that it usually looks like chunks of hamburger..It starts off with mild cramps and spotting. This is mine remember, I think everyone might be different. You might bleed up to 2 weeks, its way heavier than a period. The bleeding will soak a think bad every hour..You will pass large clots like the size of walnut sometimes even larger. The cramping will start off as just mild cramps but worsen over the next couple of days. Your vagina will smell really weird and foul, and you will have the chills or have a fever. You will bleed for awhile after you loose the baby. The cramps will be in your lower abdomen...I am not sure how far along you might have been but if its around 16 weeks or higher which I was..You will have major breast discomfort.

I didnt say it to be funny. My grandma miscarried twins and told me they looked like ballsacs. If ur reffering to the "hehehe" dont get it mistaken as hee-hee-hee. Its like "heh", which to me is never used as a laugh or anything.
