Q: Getting Pregnant After a Transplant...and Only One Ovary?

I had a kidney/pancreas transplant just over a year ago. My husband and I tried to get pregnant for six years before my transplant, but only had one pregnancy, which resulted in a miscarriage. I really want to be able to have at least one child, I am in my mid-thirties, so I would like to conceive as soon as possible. When I was able to get pregnant I was on both perlodel and clomid. My transplant has gone wonderfully, so that should not be a problem, however when they did the transplant they removed one of my ovaries, due to the excessive amount of cysts that were present. Now I am concerned that I will never be able to get pregnant. If anyone knows of transplants and pregnancy or getting pregnant with only one ovary I would appreciate a response. Thanks
