My boyfriend is uncirumsized and gets the same thing. (we are virgins though. I want to keep my reputation clean on here lol) when this happens we either just take a little break or use some sort of oil or lotion. If it's not messing around that you are aiming for then I don't really undertand why you would do something to yourself that hurts lol. Just refrain from pulling it more than you have to...Although, i'm not a guy so I really don't know how that works.
