Aright well since school started, jason has been punished basically every week. Except for weekends, which he works. So we basically never get to hang out. Today we have a half day of school and he p r o m I s e d wed hang out because I was really upset about it yesterday. So he was talkin about how were going to hang out form the min schools over until we have to be home. Then today when school ended, hes like . "my friends want me to hang out with them, im so sorry. No ill cancel" blah blah, and I didnt want him to cancle so I was just like whatever. And he said it was only giong to be until 4:30 so it was cool. Now its 3:30 and he comes over with his friend and hes like were going to the mall want to come? He knows I dont like hanging out with him and his friends. So I said no, and we hung out for like 10 min and then he left. And im really upset because we never hang out really and I miss him.. Do I sound out of line?

Not quite. I think you have a reason to want to see him. You may want to give it some more time before getting upset. And make sure you talk to him about it. You don't want this to be one of those typical male/female interaction scenarios where the guy has absolutely no idea what he did wrong. Tell him you want some alone time with him. Try to get him to make some plans with you and stick to them.

Nope. You should've told him to cancel.

Tell him the way you feel. He is a male ,he can't read your mind nor does he want to. And the thing about men is, they'll put things in a way to make you say "whatever" or "it's okay". I used to do it a lot, but you have to learn that you are just letting him walk all over you. So speak up for yourself. If you feel pissed tell him that.

Huni, I don't think you are out of line. I think he should drop his friends for one day and spend time with you..... You should have made him cancel!
