Sad I have a problem with the bottom of my feet burning, all the time. I was told vitamin b-12 would help this. Anyone know anything about it?

Hi there!
It could be the b-12, are you a diabetic, overweight, are you on your feet alot, do you wear comfortable shoes with good shock-absorbers, I am no Dr., it could be minor and then it could be something more, I would definitely go to the Dr. And get it checked out!
Sincerely,
sandy

Do not take a vitamin for burning feet unless your doc tells you to! You are probably experiencing symptoms of adult onset diabetes and you are progressing fast. You need to have your triglicerydes chhecked to make sure you are not going to have full blown pancreatitus (sp) and be totally diabetic.

Vitamins have their place in the diet but they are not the cure for much of anything. They can help to prevent scurvy and ricketts and other malnutrition problems but they do not fix whats broken.
