Q: Puking - Empty Belly

I hate my body, why does it want to puke when my belly is empty?

Sat on the floor heaving with nothing to bring up, yet my body won't give up and keeps trying harder and harder.

Grrrrrr - this should be over by now - in fact it should have been over by the time it started.

Even though you know you will throw it up right away, you should be keeping something in your stomach at all times, because heaving is really not good on your body. Take in some broth, water, crackers..

Eat something or drink something. I would drink oragne juice. Because if you don't your body will force you to throw p fluids, which will make you dehydrated. And that is not good for you or baby. I think orange juice is the best to drink because, if you can hold it down, your body is getting some much needed fluid. And if your body will throw up anything, orange juice should do the trick.

Destiny, normally I love orange juice.
I had some the other day and I nearly turned inside out, this baby don't like juice, not one little bit - doesn't like baked beans either Rolling Eyes gonna be a fussy baby lol

i normally turn to mash potato when I feel pukey - nice and easy and soft on the way up (gross I know sorry), but I just didn't have the energy or time.

I'm having a crappy headachey pukey day Crying or Very sad

yea, it was the same for me, that's why I recommended it. And the beginning of my pregnancy it made me so sick, it always made ,me throw up. As a matter of fact I remember telling jon, that the baby doens't like orange juice.
